Dr. Cem's adventure towards becoming an influential figure in dentistry started in the classrooms of Ankara, Turkey, and expanded internationally during his middle school years in Schwabmunchen, Germany. This initial exposure to other cultures shaped his global outlook on dentistry practices.

In 1987, he began his official dentistry studies at the esteemed Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry. However, for Dr. Cem, receiving his degree in 1991 was only the beginning. With an unstoppable hunger for information, he earned a doctorate in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, which he completed in 1998. During this period, he also studied microbiology and virology at Istanbul University's School of Medicine, demonstrating his interdisciplinary approach to dental research.

Managing Academics and Clinical Practice.

Dr. Baysal's professional career began in 1991, when he started his own oral surgery practice. He has always believed in the importance of merging practical experience with academic perception. In addition to his academic duties, he worked as a lecturer and visiting professor at G. Marconi University from 2016 to 2019. He currently works as an Associate Professor and Head of the Radiology Department at Istanbul. Kent University has been ongoing since 2018, and he continues.
